ML flat refurbishment

This flat became too small for the new needs of the owners, who have two children, that is why we made two proposals that allowed a much better use of the space and gained a bedroom. The first proposal consisted of a demolition of only a couple of partitions, preserving the existing wooden floors. The second one, increased the kitchen space by the addition of the area were the clothes got dry.
